Greetings Family, welcome to Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos Podcast I’m your host Emmanuel Barbee. If you are new to this channel or podcast then please subscribe and share our content with your friends this will help grow our audience. I provide a written transcript in the group with the same name on Facebook for those of who don’t speak English. I also site all of my sources under Show and Prove section you can find all of my work under the About section on this Youtube channel.
I use this platform to interact with everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups by giving Black business owners free air time to promote their products and services, I give people in the faith community an opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and ordinary law abiding citizens an opportunity to share their special talents/skills to my listeners from the podcast community.
After the show I offer my guest speakers an incentive by teaching them how to create their own podcast & Youtube channel to help them earn extra revenue during COVID-19. I also assist people on my friends list with creating basic websites, finding college scholarships/grants; housing & legal services all for free.
Our goal this year is to raise $500,000 for our film project (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). I would like to thank those of you who have donated to our film project.

(GRCAI of Chicago) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago mission is to help eradicate urban violence in Chicago through our programs and services. Our objective is to build a bridge between the Diaspora and continental Africans through arts, culture and commerce. (GRCAI of Chicago) will be in the business of creating docu-dramas, short films, theater, photography, fine arts, music, poetry, literature, sculpture, dance and spiritual development for inner city youth. Once this virus is cleaned up we plan on launching African tours in order for us to move from behind a computer and make real connections with our Global Black Family on continent starting in South Africa.
I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement because I got tired of all of the division among Black People. I created GRCAM in 1991 on a site called Gopher. I wanted to create an organization that focus specifically on solving black issues in America. I wanted to connect with other like-minded African Americans, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, African Immigrants and Afro-Latinos through out the Diaspora.
This is a podcast where we talk about solving Black issues/African issues using a spiritual perspective as it pertains to the great awakening of our people that has been prophesied. Our objective is to get our film project fully funded and play it by ear during COVID-19. Once this virus is cleaned up then we will shoot our film and promote our film in selected movie theaters and sell our DVDs. Together we will put GRCAM on the map and turn my vision for Black America into a reality.
In 2021 and beyond The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be promoting a policy of Global Black Unity, Ownership and Community Support. Our objective is to be in a place where we own everything we consume and we support one another. Before I go into my presentation I want my listeners to understand the seriousness about what we are trying to do in the black community and making a connection to Africa. Last week I had to take a break I heard about so many murders that took place during the 4th of July weekend. I sent out several query letters to corporations and sponsors in both the public sector to help fund independent black filmmakers. I also reached out to Amazon, Hulu, and Netflix. a Netflix representative told me that they only work with well known people.
I am fully aware that my name is at the top of the devil’s hit list 29 years of rejection from Black America has not stop be from encouraging Black People, African People and Others who are like minded to come forth and work with me and Sister Rena in turning my ideas into action. This is what spiritual warfare looks like. I am encouraging all of my Christian friends from around the globe to please add my name to your prayer list, ask the Holy Spirit to connect me with other like minded people who have the means and the skills to get our film project fully funded and made in Jesus/Yeshua name.
I encourage my Christian group members in my Christian groups (Light OF The World Inspirational Group & Christian Spoken Word Network) to please step up don’t just post your videos in the groups I need for you all to participate on this show either by calling in through Facebook messenger or if you are unable to participate then watch my video-podcast, leave a public comment on my Facebook Page about the topic. On my Facebook Page I have 1,486 people but only 244 have subscribed to my Youtube channel. This is the reason why it’s taken me so dog on long to get (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement popin. Every Thursday I will try to present topics in order to get Black People, African People and others on my friends list and in my social groups to interact with me in real time and discuss these topics among one another through Facebook messenger. The question is are you guys serious about getting our film project popin? If you receive money from the dominant society they’re going to demand their agenda in the mix. We’re gonna start getting things done. We need to own and control institutions in our neighborhoods. GRCAI of Chicago will be a multi purpose facility where we can host our local events so that we don’t have to rent venues from others. A place where we can hold our conferences and film screening rooms all under one roof.
The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual Christian socialist organization (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement into a real black Christian business (GRCAI of Chicago) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, my virtual store, my revised book and now through my future urban Christian film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). This is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group in America. Our next film will take place in South Africa. Domestic Front (Social Issues Within America)
I will first discuss why Black Americans are in the predicament we are in and how we can solve the problem. One of the psychological impacts of slavery is that it took the natural desire for us to control our own environment. When immigrants come to America the first thing they decide on is which city and state they want to reside in to build their community. As I mentioned in my revised book once we were able to leave those plantations and begin migrating from the south to northern cities and out west. The financial elites decided to created racial covenants or better known as redlining to keep black people confine in the black ghettos. Don’t take my word for it watch the documentary called (Jim Crow of the North) I provide it on my transcript under show and prove. In every major city in America with a large black population you will see the same core issues Inadequate School System, Mass Incarceration, Urban Violence, Urban Gentrification and lack of access to wealth.
Show me one black community in America where we own the Hospital, the Bank, the School and the Grocery Store? These are the four institutions of an independent community. We don’t have those four institutions in the entire 50 states but we as a collective have one trillion dollars spending power what’s wrong with this picture? It’s not that black people don’t support other black people we are not used to being responsible for building and owning our own institutions from the grass roots level I want to change that if given a chance. I don’t want to come to Africa empty handed I want to come to Africa as a successful black business man from America who has the means and resources to help improve the lives of my group members from 10 African nations. I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within the black culture. None of my members will never have to endure such humiliation that I experience just for trying to do something positive in the black community.
The difference between African Diaspora and Continental Africans. Continental Africans were colonized. Europeans traveled to your land and imposed their laws, culture, and replaced your economy with theirs. Those who were colonized know their language and culture. The oppressor came to takeover your land like they did in Australia, North America, Latin America and Africa. Black Americans were force on slave ships against their will we are strip of our native language, religion and our culture. We are disconnected because we have different experiences.
We are in a war for the lives of our black boys and black girls. Our black boys are killing one another at an all time high rate. I believe once we’re able to get GRCAI of Chicago established on the Westside and Southside then we can make Chicago a model for other cities in America. 70% of households in the black community does not have a father. Father’s in the home will make a big difference in their son’s life. It’s my hope that Black America will fight against this culture war that black women don’t need a man. A man is critical for protecting their family. When we see these rappers being killed left and right around 25 years old it’s because many of them are living a life that breeds death and destruction. There is nothing cool about being a criminal.
America has given us a false sense of hope and dreams by embracing individualism. We need to get back to the concept we all that we got. No individual can ever rise above the conditions of his or her people. What happen to Bill Cosby with all of his accomplishments and success he was not able to rise above the conditions of his people he was treated just like the N word. If they can do that to him they can do that to all of us.
The environment of what’s happening in America is heart broken. Children are often the victims of drive by shootings. The fact that black children who live in these high crime areas can’t play outside anymore. We want to create a safe place for our youth. It’s essential that we provide a safe environment for black youth so that they can grow up and become productive citizens but since many black Americans are not on code I would rather do what I can to get this organization started in Chicago turn it over to qualified black middle class professionals and take my talent and skills to the continent before I cut and run to Africa. I came across an article about Biden’s Strike Force from Pix entitled “Fighting violent crime: Biden details federal strike force being sent to New York City.” There’s a reason why we’ve been seeing this propaganda of black people committing crimes in New York and other cities. When Trump was in power Chicago Mayor Light Foot refuse to accept help from the Federal Government but since a Democrat is in power no one is saying nothing about allowing the Federal Government to come to Chicago. Biden has given police departments more money. That strike force will target black people in the name of curbing illegal gun trafficking. Black militia groups will also be targeted.
I warned Black America during the 2020 Presidential campaign about Biden’s 94 Crime Bill and that we should withhold our vote until a political candidate put tangibles on the table. The black Democrat flunkies like Simone Sanders tried to clean up his record by claiming that it was the states that created Mass Incarceration of black people not the bill itself. I warned Black America that if Biden win the election then he’s going to push for a new crime bill that will target black people. In the last six months since Biden has been in office he has written executive orders for everyone even non-citizens except for black people that should be your wake up call. Even the Juneteenth Federal Holiday is for everybody nothing specific for black people like he did for Asian Americans who received a hate crime bill after one year of back lash as well as 50 million dollars.
When you read this article you will understand that Biden Crime Plan is to hire more police, buy more military equipment and more technology surveillance to go after black people. He is not going to offer a police oversight commission. He’s not going to end qualified immunity. Instead he’s going to embolden Rogue Cops by giving them billions of dollars. All you black Biden supporters out there this is what you voted for. The Democrats can’t write a check big enough to get me to betray my people. There’s no difference between Trump and Biden. There’s no difference in policy between the Democrats and the Republicans they’re both pursuing the same policies against black people.
This is what I keep trying to explain to my group members we have to create our own platforms so that we can speak freely without being censored. We are going to get this film fully funded and made because we need it. We have to set examples for our children. We’re taking the Black Wall Street concept to the next level a black nationwide empowerment institutional infrastructure and eventually on a global scale.
Black People who remain in America are for the most part sitting ducks. Breonna Taylor was killed in her own home by Rogue Cops they are still walking around free like nothing happen. No one came to the aid of George Floyd but you want us to stay and fight for what? We are not trying to unify nor do we have a universal code. I hate to see all these young brother being killed like animals. Chicago rapper (KTS Dre) was shot more than 60 times outside Cook County Jail. Another rapper by the name of Blocc Boy who was murdered for dissing LA Hoods. These streets are real.
I want to address our black young adults. We have to give respect and show respect as well as have a sense of integrity. This is why we have to build things in our neighborhood so that young people can see black men and black women are doing things for them.
The pandemic have exposed how disorganized Black People are on a national level. It’s this disorganization which makes it difficult for us to put forward a unified platform. I am using this platform to inform our people about what’s going on in our inner cities in America and what we can do collectively about it. My question is what has the Congressional Black Caucus done since 1971? Why are our black elected officials not doing anything about our people being assassinated in the streets by Rogue Cops? The answer is because they are D1 which means they are Democrats first. For me B1 means prioritizing black issues first. It’s controversial among other groups because for 400 plus years black people in America have been taught to focus on everybody else’s interest except our own interest. Slave owners convince our ancestors to be like Jesus he was poor. That’s slave religion Jesus set up free and he has given us a whole continent to return to. I want to bring the best and brightest Diaspora with me when we go to Africa so that we can reclaim our ancestral homeland. Read Isaiah 13:14 from King James Version. We need money you can’t build nothing without capital.
We have to be B1 if we’re going to operate in the 21st century. We need to study how other groups move and operate like the Asian community, the Jewish community and the Latino community. Operating from a B1 perspective puts us on an even playing field. If we want a future for our children then we have to stop listening to uneducated people. No disrespect to Athletes and Rappers but black people need to listen to thinkers and revolutionaries in the community. Our motto is Intelligence over ignorance. Reparations is economic justice. American Descendants of Slaves demand compensation for the work our ancestors done in the United States of America.
I believe that the unjustified murder of black people by Rogue Cops should automatically be a hate crime. I also believe that the civil suit payouts need to come from those police officers pension and police unions instead of making taxpayers pay for the criminal behavior of a few bad apples. White people in America have historically and systematically devalued black life which has caused Rogue Cops to kill innocent black people. White Supremacy in the 21st century has a new disguise Feminism, LGBT-ism and Multi-cultural-ism. White Supremacy is lynching black males publicly because of this all out culture war on black masculinity. Over 31 states have introduce new laws that will stem people’s ability to protest. The Financial elites are passing all these anti-riot bills but not police reform.
One of my group members sent me some information about a new bill called H1 For The People Act. I provide more information about this bill on my transcript under show and prove. This bill will allow congress to criminalize people who interfere with the voting process. In other words, the financial elites want to prevent the black grass roots from encouraging our people to with hold their votes if a political candidate does not offer any tangibles. The financial elites understand that this new technology and media is waking up the black masses.
I warn Black America that things are going to get worse because we didn’t make Obama do anything for black people. Obama signed a Blue Alert Law which makes it impossible for us to fight back against Rogue Cops. Stokely Carmichael said if you organize a little you get a little done. If you organize some you get some done. If you don’t organize at all you don’t get nothing done. Marcus Garvey said the greatest weapon used against the Negro is disorganization. So we have to organize and mobilize then we can transform our community and do great things in this world if we are on one accord.
Many Black Americans are tired of Urban Violence, tired of Social Injustice, Police Brutality and Systematic Racism in this experiment called the United States of America. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a global movement for like minded Black People and African People so that we can reconnect with one another. Our objective is to create intercontinental trade and utilize technology to connect African entrepreneurs with black entrepreneurs in America so that we can creating jobs within the inner cities as well as in African markets. We also want to create a think tank that is intelligent and informed on a local, national and international level. We want to encourage our members to become global leaders.

I really admire Julius Malema who created a political party called (EFF) Economic Freedom Fighters in South Africa. They want land distribution without compensation. In other words, Europeans who colonized South Africa must return the land back to it’s rightful owners which are the indigenous South Africans. They want their land back so that they can control the means of production and create jobs for black African people.
