Greetings Family, welcome to Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos Podcast I’m your host Emmanuel Barbee. If you are new to this channel or podcast then please subscribe and share our content with your friends this will help grow our audience. I provide a written transcript in the group with the same name on Facebook for those of who don’t speak English. I also site all of my sources under Show and Prove section you can find all of my work under the About section on this Youtube channel.
I use this platform to interact with everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups by giving Black business owners free air time to promote their products and services, I give people in the faith community an opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and ordinary law abiding citizens an opportunity to share their special talents/skills to my listeners from the podcast community.
After the show I offer my guest speakers an incentive by teaching them how to create their own podcast & Youtube channel to help them earn extra revenue during COVID-19. I also assist people on my friends list with creating basic websites, finding college scholarships/grants; housing & legal services all for free.
Our goal this year is to raise $500,000 for our film project (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). I would like to thank those of you who have donated to our film project.

(GRCAI of Chicago) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago mission is to help eradicate urban violence in Chicago through our programs and services. Our objective is to build a bridge between the Diaspora and continental Africans through arts, culture and commerce. (GRCAI of Chicago) will be in the business of creating docu-dramas, short films, theater, photography, fine arts, music, poetry, literature, sculpture, dance and spiritual development for inner city youth. Once this virus is cleaned up we plan on launching African tours in order for us to move from behind a computer and make real connections with our Global Black Family on continent starting in South Africa.
I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement because I got tired of all of the division among Black People. I created GRCAM in 1991 on a site called Gopher. I wanted to create an organization that focus specifically on solving black issues in America. I wanted to connect with other like-minded African Americans, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, African Immigrants and Afro-Latinos through out the Diaspora.
This is a podcast where we talk about solving Black issues/African issues using a spiritual perspective as it pertains to the great awakening of our people that has been prophesied. Our objective is to get our film project fully funded and play it by ear during COVID-19. Once this virus is cleaned up then we will shoot our film and promote our film in selected movie theaters and sell our DVDs. Together we will put GRCAM on the map and turn my vision for Black America into a reality.
In 2021 and beyond The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be promoting a policy of Global Black Unity, Ownership and Community Support. Our objective is to be in a place where we own everything we consume and we support one another. We’re reaching out to our group members and listeners and would like to encourage them to support our film project (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins) in three ways which are as follows:
1. Though our virtual store GRCAM Merchandise such as a COVID Facemask, Coffee Mugs, Posters, Handbag and T-shirts. All proceeds will go towards our film project.
2. Though our nonprofit organization (GRCAI of Chicago) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago Paypal Page. Donation can be used as a tax right off because this is a legitimate 501(c)(3). All donations are deductible to the full extent allowed by law.

Keep in mind community support is where we have to go and please understand when you’re supporting our Youtube channel or our podcast you’re supporting an independent black network which will eventually employ Black People in our films, stage plays and in our actual business. I need African entrepreneurs especially in South Africa to come on the show and promote your businesses and ministries to the Diaspora and vice versa.

With that being said tonight’s segment is entitled (Understand Willie Lynch Function In Black Society & Putting Our Interest First) We’re going to touch on a lot of things tonight. On the 17th of February there hearing as it pertains to H.R. 40 reparations bill. It refers to the 40 Acres and a mule. It was originally created by John Conyers 30 years ago and now Representative Sheila Jackson Lee has decided to sponsor it. The bill is only a study for reparations. Experts have said the cost is around 16 Trillion dollars. There’s not a lot of people in support of American Descendants of slaves receiving reparations. Reparations was promised to us after the Civil War. General Sherman decided that black people should be compensated for what our ancestors went through. Once he died Andrew Johnson became the 17th president of the United States, after the assassination of Abraham Lincoln. He decided to compensate slave owners instead of former slaves.
The financial elites brought out Herschel Walker a former Dallas Cowboy foot ball player and a conservative Sambo. He was testifying against reparations that it made headlines in the New York Post stating that Herschel Walker tells Congress that Black Americans shouldn’t get reparations because it’s divisive and white people should not be responsible for what their fore father’s done. He said “We use Black Power to create white guilt. My approach is biblical how can I ask my heavenly father to forgive me if I can’t forgive my brother?” Let me play this video clip of him in his own words.
My response how dare you sit up there in your position of privilege and try to be the spokes person for Black People. People like Larry Elder, Jesse Lee Peterson, Roland Martin and Candace Owens just to name a few they are repeating the anti-black talking points in order for them to gain position from the dominant culture. You’ll never find any person from any other group talk on a public forum about how their group should not get anything. This is a perfect example of how Willie Lynch function in black society. I have a video clip of Dr. Claude Anderson warning us about these bought and paid for Negros who will fight against our interest he said this 25 years ago. This shameful Sambo gene needs to be eradicated from black society and this is why we have to check these foreign coons too.
The current system or Government enslaved our ancestors we as Black Americans are the descendants of those people who worked and died on those plantations. We are entitled to compensation from this government who built the wealth for this nation no other group can latch on to what’s rightfully ours. For those of you who voted for Biden what has Biden done that is different from Trump? Voting for Biden only benefited Illegal Immigrants, LGBT, Asians and White Women. I ran across an article that said Black Immigrants from Africa and the Caribbean are being deported under the Biden administration. If they would have form an alliance with Black America we would fight for them but since they want to be a separate group then so be it. They are not deporting Immigrants from south of the border because the financial elites wants them to become the buffer class to compete against us for resources.
We are only 12% of the population and now we have to compete with 11 million new immigrants if black people don’t start working together our impact in American society will be over. I believe my film will help speed up the process of us to get GRCAI of Chicago on the map and for us to form an alliance with Continental Africans so that it can be a win win situation for Black America and for Africa. You can’t build an economy with just one person you have to build an economy with a group of like minded people. Black People are the only group in America who afraid to advocate for our own interest.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is trying to create a leadership class. We need individuals who have special skills that we can train the next generation. I could be doing others things but we as the New Black Voices of Media chose to do something positive for Black People because no body else is doing it. We need to become a people who focus on facts, results and productivity this is what our students will get once we’re able to get our film project fully funded and made and from the proceeds then I will be in a better position financially to hire black middle class professionals to work with me and Sister Rena in making our Christian business effective and successful. I plan on turning GRCAI of Chicago over to brave and smart people so that I can focus on taking my talent and skills on the Continent beginning in South Africa. I’m just one person I have thousands of people in my social groups but if my group members become active and start participating in my weekly discussions and share my information with there friends then eventually we can change our community.
Our impoverished situation is not a result of being overtaxed it’s a result of being under resource. Our prayers goes out to our Texan family. The Texas winter storm prove that we can’t reply on these career politicians. Some of you who vote all the time think that these political parties (Democrats & Republicans) care about you think again. Just look at how they treated their own constituents. The Mayor Tim Boyd of Colorado City Texas said some harsh things about his voter base. This was a direct failure from local and state government.
If any of you watched the film (Judas and the Black Messiah) Fred Hampton relayed that message to the Poor Whites and Puerto Ricans telling them we have the same issues and problems which was the system that’s what made him a threat to J Edgar Hoover. We honor the memory and the life of Fred Hampton. I mentioned him in my revised book. Fred Hampton was assassinated at the age of 21 by the direct orders of J. Edgar Hoover and the Chicago Police Department. COINTELPRO (COunter INTELligence PROgram) was a series of covert and illegal projects conducted by the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation aimed at surveilling, infiltrating, discrediting, and disrupting domestic American political organizations. COINTELPRO
was responsible for killing many of our leaders like Dr. King, Malcolm X, Medgar Evers and Fred Hampton. Every leader we had was fighting for freedom, justice and equality for black people in America. If you have watched this film you will see nothing has changed. From Fred Hampton’s time to 2021 nothing has changed except the people and technology. Look at the tactics they use on Black Lives Matter activist.
When you look at the William O’Neal character it would have been honorable for him to go to prison. He decide to make a deal with the devil. After he gave an interview in Eyes on the Prize he ended up committing suicide. Could you imagine going to bed knowing you sold out a brother who was trying to help Black People by giving out free breakfast to children in the neighborhood and free medical care. What we can learn from the William O’Neal character? We have people in our community who will sell us out for money or for a position working for the dominant society. If you trace all of the issues and problems in the black community it all leads back to outside forces from the dominant society. I highly recommend this movie.
When you are able to feed your people then you have leverage. This is why resources is important. What makes this podcast different is that we discuss Black Economic Empowerment. We’re not here to take care of the rest of the world we focus on getting our house and our community in order. Continuity of a society is important. Having monetary resources and intellectual knowledge can be passed down to the next generation.
It’s not my burden alone but rather a shared burden for I am just one black man with a vision and a plan, it takes a team to make a dream work. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. GRCAI of Chicago the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will be membership based. Everyone will be screen, must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
For 17 years I’ve been promoting my vision/plan to Black America on Facebook. The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual Christian socialist organization (GRCAM) into a real Christian Business (GRCAI of Chicago). It will be membership base and private. We will raise the bar in Black America, Africa and the Caribbean any where we that we make our presence known. My revised book is the foundation of my Christian business and it’s based on my experience.
The only reason why it’s taking me so dog on long to get it up and running is the lack of manpower and the capital. This is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Virtual Store, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, my revised book and now through my future urban Christian film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). This is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group in America. Without black support I am unable to do my job and our people in America will continue to go through un-necessary casualties. I am asking all of my Christian friends on my friends list and in my social groups to pray that Jesus/Yeshua would open the doors for me this year in terms of connecting me with legitimate donors, sponsors, philanthropist and corporations in order for me to hire professional film crew and quality actors in Jesus name.
The proceeds from the film will put me in a better position financially so that I can purchase office equipment, purchase property in Chicago and in Africa and hire Black Middle Class Professionals who will make sure that our business become effective and successful for years to come. Through this business I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality within black society as well as the Colonized mentality in Africa. At this time I am the business I am the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.
