We host our virtual conference every last Saturday of the month until we are able to raise funds for our film project (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins).This is a solution base docu-drama based on my experience growing up in the inner cities of Chicago and the purpose why I created the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. This is our Black Panther moment except it’s not owned by Disney it’s owned by GRCAM Members.

My film project is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group Black Americans before I cut and run to Africa. The purpose for me doing all of these video podcast is to gather like minded Black Americans and like minded African Immigrants in America to work with me in turning my vision and plan into a reality by building the Grass Roots Community Activist institute of Chicago for our Black Youth & their families for credibility to let the Black World know who we are while making a positive impact in the African American community and in the African Immigrant community before we expand to Africa. We will bring the best of the Diaspora to each African nation so that we can setup local chapters and do international trade among our people. We will reconnect Black Entrepreneurs with African Entrepreneurs, Black Artist with African Artist. In This Christian business our objective is to heal from enslavement and colonization. GRCAM will take the lead in solving black issues within the United States of America before we expand to Africa, The Caribbean & Brazil.
Lord knows I would like to do more than just news and social commentaries but at this point I am working with a shoe string budget all of my funds goes towards rent, food and bills. Without financial support from the Black Grassroots and the Global African Family then I am unable to do my God given assignment and that is to build the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. This is a Nehemiah assignment. I do not operate like the next Black Man I have my own style and way of doing things. You don’t have to like me but you will respect me.
The sooner we get this film project fully funded and made the sooner we can start building GRCAI of Chicago. Once the proceeds from the film starts pouring in that will help put me in a better position financially so that I can purchase property in Chicago, buy office equipment and hire qualified Black Middle Class professionals and African Immigrants in Chicago and beyond. Black Americans and African Immigrants will build GRCAI of Chicago together.

For those of you who are new to this channel my name is Emmanuel Barbee I’m the founder and president of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. I created GRCAM on a site called gopher back in November 10th 1991. I wanted to connect with like minded Black Americans, like minded African Immigrants, like minded Afro- Caribbeans, like minded Afro-Brazilians and Afro-Latinos across the United States and around the globe. Our objective is to connect Black Artists and African Artists, Black Entrepreneurs and African Entrepreneurs that want to go from being tolerated by others to thriving within the African American community and the African Immigrant community before we expand to the African continent.
Our objective is to help improve the quality of life for Black Youth and there families by providing them with the basic resources affordable childcare, quality Community Grocery Store, quality Community Healthcare Clinic, quality Community Housing. Once we get our film project fully funded and made then I will be in a better position financially to hire qualified Black Middle Class professionals and African Immigrants to work with me in building the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. We will teach Black Families and Black Entrepreneurs how to move, travel, and do business in Africa and the Caribbean.
Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos Podcast is our interactive Black Grassroots Media component. We discuss controversial topics that you won’t hear about from the mainstream media. We’re committed to reporting truthful and accurate news. We believe that now is the time for a comprehensive new strategy and a new movement for Black People/African People. I use my platform to interact with everyone on my Friends List and everyone in my Social Groups by giving Black Business Owners free air time to promote their products and services, I give people in the Faith community an opportunity to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, I give Black Authors and ordinary law abiding citizens an opportunity to share their special talents/skills to my listeners from around the globe.
After the show I offer my guest speakers an incentive by teaching them how to create their own podcast and Youtube channel to help them earn extra revenue. I also assist people on my friends list with creating basic websites, finding college scholarships/grants; housing and legal services all for free. I offer something that no Black Politician has in America and that is a solution which will solve all of our social problems in America I can prove it if given a chance but we have to build it first. I am talking about GRCAI of Chicago. We will offer a 21 Century solution within the United States of America before we expand to Africa.
I am not going to argue instead all I am going to do is cite a few scriptures to back up my claim and that’s it. There was one female preacher on my friends list who sent me a message she did not want to come on the show and debate me on camera I respect her wishes. She told me that she did not have any help starting her church she did it all by herself. I told her in a nice way that without her members she would be in the same situation that I am in. The Bible says according to Deuteronomy 8:18 But thou shalt remember the Lord thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.
These are the Scriptures to back up my claim for my Christian business(GRCAI of Chicago) Genesis 15:13–14, Deuteronomy 28:68 and Ezekiel 34:11–16.
Let me give you a little background on why Black America have been off code for so long. After the end of Antebellum Slavery in America the back stabbers, the coons and sellouts all left the plantation with us. Black People should have separated from them back then. Every Black American has a family member or friends that are full of this Willie Lynch mentality which is a Slave mentality that was imposed on us by the White Supremacy Financial Elites.
The advantage that European settlers had over us is that they had an agenda for coming over here. The White Supremacy Financial Elites was able to attract other Europeans to come to this country because they gave them incentives such as the Homestead Acts which Dr. King Jr. talked about during one of his last speeches before his assassination. White America tried to white wash Dr. King Jr. image just by focusing on his I have a dream speech. When he start talking about reparations for Descendants of American Slaves then the powers that be took his life. If only Black America would have focus more on building an alliance with African Immigrants and Africa instead of using all of there energy to push for social integration and cultural assimilation we would have been better off today then we are now. For example, as I mentioned in my revised book we had more Black Businesses under Jim Crow then we do now because many Black Americans prefer to patronize all these other groups businesses then wonder why we don’t have many Black Businesses in the inner cities.
From personal experience many of my family members are full of Willie Lynch I only communicate with a hand full of them, the rest I keep my distance. They refuse to buy my revised book or items from my virtual store. I wrote about my experience with my family and how I was able to break that Willie Lynch mentality within my family in my revised book. None of them will be part of GRCAM. If I’m like this with my own flesh and blood how do you think I am going to be with strangers?
Today our people have become Americanized or Narcissists which is based on individualism they careless about the Black Community let alone Black Youth. I created the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement for Black Millennials and Generation Z in America and in Africa. I am using the internet to help mobilize like minded Black Americans, like minded Africans, like minded Afro-Caribbeans, like minded Afro-Brazilians and Afro-Latinos who want to be apart of this new movement in the 21 Century. Some of my critics have told me that I have wasted my life reaching out to Black Americans. I beg the differ I’ve earned my stripes to be able to call out Black America because I’ve been down in the trenches doing what I can do make a real difference in the lives of young Black People for the past 32 years online and in real life. For example I have been paying out of pocket for this business title since 2010 I pay the City, the State and the IRS because I believe my creator will connect me with the right people who have the means to help fund our film project.
I’m not pretending to be on some pedestal looking down at Black People who reside in the Black ghetto because that’s where I came from and I’m part of the soil trying to connect with other like minded Black Americans and like minded African Immigrants in America to work with me in turning my vision and plan for Black America into a reality by building the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago here in America first before we replicate this Christian business on the African continent. Black Americans have been separated by geography from Africa for 400 years our inventions have been co-opted by the White Supremacy Financial Elites. There goal is to convince Black Youth that we’re not relevant. That’s a lie because our ancestors built the United States of America. Our last battle in America is for reparations for Descendants of American Slaves. When we talk about reparations we’re talking about economic tangibles. Our collective voice have power. If Black America was on code during the 2020 election and demanded reparations now or no vote to these career politicians then there would have been a different outcome. Notice all these other groups is taught about their history and legacy except us.
GRCAI of Chicago will compete against Pan Africanism because Marcus Garvey left God out of his movement. We will not be under the so called freedom flag which is Red, Black and Green. We will create our own flag and put my ideas into action so help me God. If it was up to me GRCAI of Chicago would have been up and running years ago and by now we would have chapters in at lease 10 cities in America as well as have a solidified economic foundation in each African American community within the United States of America. I also wished I had more people like Sister Rena working with me to help speed up the process but again God gives us free will. Sister Rena is a Black American and she has been working with me for the past 12 years but she prefers to be behind the scenes I respect that. But once I am able to get GRCAI of Chicago established in Chicago Illinois we will dedicate a chapter in honor of Sister Rena in West Memphis Arkansas.
In GRCAI of Chicago will raise the bar in Black America. We will separate ourselves from Con Artist, Black Boule, Democratic Shills, Degenerates, Harden Criminals, Off Code Negroes, Pedophiles and Urban Terrorist. We will engage in business ventures within our inner cities of Chicago, Africa and the Caribbean. Together, we seek to celebrate and embrace the promises that Africa holds for people of African descent around the globe. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago mission to eradicate urban violence in Chicago through Arts, Culture, Commerce, Spiritual Development and hosting African tours and Caribbean tours.
GRCAI of Chicago will be committed to strengthening the Black Family and the African American community by assisting Single Black Mothers and Single Black Fathers with basic resources and quality programs and services such as Parenting, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, Coding, Electricians, Petroleum Engineers, Landscaping, Creating Black Empowerment Films, Oil Painting and Journalism. We also plan on offering an Associate Degree and Vocational Training. GRCAI of Chicago will help prioritize our goals such as securing our neighborhood and protecting our women and children. We will offer stipends for black youth who will act in our Black Empowerment Films, Music videos and Stage Plays pending on our budget and sponsorship. We will also offer a Second Chance program for former Gang Members, Ex-Offenders of non-violent crimes and Homeless Individuals within the community.
Our first objective: To get our film project fully funded and made so that we can move our virtual Christian organization from behind a computer and make our presence known in the African American community and the African Immigrant community by building the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago on the Westside of Chicago which will cover Austin, Garfield Park and North Lawndale. We will eventually expand to the Southside of Chicago.
Our second objective: To Increase our YouTube subscribers to 20 million.
This is the backbone of our success, serving as an unwavering connection of Black Americans, Africans, Afro-Caribbean and Afro-Latinos around the globe.
Our third objective: Expand financial partnerships and supporters list. Our vision to improve Black America requires the generous support and contributions of like-minded people.
Our forth objective: If possible to establish chapters in at lease 10 major cities across the United States of America.
Our fifth objective: To expand GRCAI of Chicago in 10 African nations.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement provides a platform to gather like minded Black Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Caribbean and Afro-Latinos for us to build the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago in order for us to embrace our Arts, Culture, Commerce. Our objective is to promote economic opportunities in the low income African American community and in the African Immigrant community by being an advocate and resource for our members. Promote GRCAM members businesses: through marketing initiatives, public relation campaigns, and cooperative advertising that reach local, regional, national, and global markets.
GRCAM will function as a support system that empowers the African American community and the African Immigrant community both socially and economically. We will highlight GRCAM members’ businesses during our networking events. We aim to drive tourism to Chicago by promoting a friendly environment within our business and within our community. We will strengthen our ties to the community at large through educational programs and neighborhood initiatives that benefit everyone.
Once we raise the funds for our first film project and the proceeds from the film begin pouring in then I will hire qualified Black Middle Class professionals and African Immigrants in America to assist us in building the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago together. We will train Black Artists, African Artists, Black Entrepreneurs and African Entrepreneurs on how to start and grow a global business where they can work from home, earn a living wage, and achieve a quality of life.
We will teach our members and students about Travel & Tourism, Urban Agriculture, Real Estate, Digital Content Creation, Journalism, Financial Literacy, Educational Tours, Career Counseling, Film Making, Blockchain Technology, Child Care, Automotive Mechanics Technology, Cosmetology, Information Technology, Accounting, Business Administration, Web/Multimedia Management, Computer Graphics and more. I want to make sure that I will be able to sustain myself in Africa as well as bring economic tangibles to my African group members of GRCAI of Africa. I plan on building profitable Black Businesses and work with other like-minded Black People and African People that want more out of life.
GRCAI of Chicago will be committed to investing in our Black Youth through our interactive space as well as our Travel and Tourism component. Under our Travel and Tourism portion of the business we aim to instill a sense of purpose and self-worth among our members and students by helping them become critical thinkers in order for them to make positive choices in their personal life.
In GRCAI of Chicago we want to nurture our members and students’ natural talents, and promote a safe and supportive environment. Our goal is to break the cycle of senseless violence and criminal activities by providing basic resources and services to Black Youth and their families while at the same time improving the low income African American community which will give our youth a more productive future.
I understand the importance of providing alternatives and opportunities for Black Youth & their families who may face challenges and adverse circumstances. This is why we will offer educational resources, mentorship programs, and career guidance, we will equip our members and students with the tools, skills, and support they need to overcome life obstacles and thrive. We believe in the power of experiential learning, where participants can directly apply their knowledge, develop critical skills, and build meaningful connections. By incorporating innovative teaching methods, interactive discussions, and real-world scenarios, we ensure that our programs not only educate but also captivate and inspire the youth we will serve.
There has to be a will for Black Americans and African Immigrants to get involved with our cause. The lack of support from the African American community often disincentivizes Black Professionals from wanting to do progressive things for the community; they’re putting their life on the line while a lot of off Code Negroes start giving them push back. Why in the hell should Black People who live outside of the hood want to get involved? 32 years of my life I’ve been stomping hard for Black Chicago and yet I am still on first base that’s why I am reaching out to African Immigrants in America to work with me to help speed up the process. I don’t want to waste another 32 years. It’s so frustrating. The White Man is not stopping Black People from buying my revised book, buying items from my virtual store or donating funds to our film project. It’s a personal choice.
In my Christian business we will incentivize our children and let them know that if they do something progressive for the African American community we’re going to reward them. We have to distance ourselves from those who engage in criminal behavior. This is why I said we’re going to raise the bar in Black America and use our Black Media to expose anyone who tries to undermine us. A lot of our Black professionals, the Black Boule, Degenerates and Democrat Shills are all in the pockets of the White Supremacist Financial Elites to mislead us and undermine us. If you don’t support your advocates then you won’t have any advocates. We have serious racial disparities when it comes to Public Education, Healthcare, Employment and Housing because we don’t have enough people out here who care enough to advocate for Black Children and their families. On this platform we’re determine to amplify our voices and to reaffirm our commitment to the cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.
The Black Hair Care Industry is our generational wealth but we are allowing Asians specifically Koreans to dominate that market. Notice they’re not selling hair products to their own people, they are making money off Black Women. We have access to the internet. There’s no excuse why we don’t have more Black Women selling Hair Products online. Sisters who are GRCAM members come together and help gate keep our culture by patronizing only Black Businesses that cater to Black Hair. That’s one way how we can gatekeep our culture.
Once we have our physical building intact then we will encourage local residents on the Westside of Chicago and eventually on the Southside of Chicago to attend our mandatory orientation, sign our Community Pledge, Pass Our Criminal Background Check and submit their thumb print to be placed in our database. Anyone who tries to undermine us or change our focus which is to solve “Black Issues” will get two warnings the third time that person or person’s will have their name, photo ID and address printed on our Judas list and they will be barred for life this is how I get down. Those who are not part of us we will pray for them, show them tough love and keep it movin.
When I created my nonprofit organization many of my family members told me to get a real job which is code for just work for the Man and leave all that Black stuff alone. My message is for GRCAM members worldwide I had little to no support this is why I am online to recruit brave and smart like minded Black Americans and brave and smart like minded Africans. Mark my words once we get this film project fully funded and made and the proceeds from the film start pouring in then everybody in Chicago will want to be apart of us then. Ain’t nothing change on my end like I said many times before our first task is to separate from these negative off code people among us. There will be no corruption within GRCAI of Chicago at lease on my watch. We will have protocol in place in case Con Artist slips through the cracks.
Like I said before all of the principles in my revised book is the code for GRCAM Members. When you have a code then you hold everybody accountable for their actions. Anybody who is off code then we will place them on our Judas list. The code will help us identify race traitors. In order to become an official GRCAM member local residents must attend our mandatory orientation, sign our Community Pledge, Pass Our Criminal Background Check and submit their thumb print in our database. Anyone who tries to undermine us or change our focus which is to solve “Black Issues” will get two warnings the third time that person or person’s will have their name, photo ID and address printed on our Judas list and they will be barred for life.

GRCAI of Chicago will be a multi-purpose facility with two main sectors, A Nonprofit sector and a For Profit sector. GRCAI of Chicago will operate under 9 separate functions under one roof. We will practice group economics in real time by pooling our resources together in order to create and control our own Community Healthcare Center, Community Grocery Store and Community Housing this will be group economics in action.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is an interactive virtual Christian Socialist organization using my Christian groups & Secular groups to network with my group members worldwide.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is about real Kingdom Building, Global Black Unity, and Black Economic Empowerment in order to solve social problems within the African American Community and throughout the African Diaspora in the 21st Century.
For me Christian socialism is an authentic form of Christianity. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. We believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: Love, Compassion, Social Justice, and Liberation Theology.
Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35–40. He also commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Matthew 28: 16–20. We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve. We will promote an authentic form of Christianity which is for me Christian Socialism.
We emphasize the importance of morals and character development for both Christians and Non-Christians. We will also focus on strengthening the black family while improving the African American community by focusing on solving black issues on a domestic front and on an international front. We focus on the areas of Economics, Education, Family, Religion, Entertainment, Employment, Media and Politics.

I want to grow this platform and I want my listeners to become GRCAM Members so that you can be part of this film project and once we get this docu-drama fully funded and made then we can focus on building GRCAI of Chicago with our own studio within the African American community starting in Chicago and eventually expand to Africa. Bottom line: it takes capital. I’m not trying to create a small storefront, I want to create a multi-million dollar international business for our members in America, Africa the Caribbean and in Brazil. When Bob Johnson created BET it was successful. I remember BET was educational and entertaining. Our ancestors fought and died for us to thrive and it would be a shame if we don’t keep that legacy alive. Black America don’t let our ancestors die in vain because we didn’t do anything with the opportunities that we’ve been blessed with. I’m here today because of what my ancestors did in this country. If they didn’t do it I wouldn’t be here today.
We will give our Black Youth an opportunity to be in our Black Empowerment films and they will earn a stipend. We will hold Christian Spoken Word vs. Secular Spoken Word, those who can flow the best will win five hundred dollars in cash.
Under the For Profit Business Sector: which will be known as the Red Zone we will offer state-of-the-art recreational center which will have bowling, high ropes adventure, captivating game rooms featuring the latest video and amusement, stylish billiards, energetic dance rooms and quality restaurants, various businesses, onsite childcare and an onsite music recording studio for our members and students making documentary films and stage plays. In addition, we will host family friendly activities including combination deals, birthday parties, weddings and corporate parties/events.
Under the Nonprofit Cooperative: which will be known as the Green Zone. GRCAI of Chicago will be governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI of Chicago will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. We will assist our members with their utility bills pending on our budget and sponsorship. We will offer lite groceries through our food pantry and tutorial services for Black Youth and their families.
GRCAI of Chicago will teach our members and students how to build profitable businesses, and be in a community of like-minded people. We will teach entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs how to start and grow a global business where they can work from anywhere in the world, earn more and achieve a better quality of life. We will connect small Black Business owners to capital, customers, and high-growth international opportunities.
Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos is a platform to inspire, educate, and inform the African Diaspora on the advantages of achieving a fuller life by connecting with the Global African Family on the Continent. Once GRCAI of Chicago is established then we can launch our African tours and Caribbean tours to influence Black Americans by showcasing the beauty of Africa, the possibilities of a luxurious lifestyle, and the advantages of doing business on a global scale. We seek to celebrate and embrace the promises that Africa holds for people of African descent around the globe.
