(GRCAM On The Front Line To Rebuild & Restore The Black Community and The Black Family If Given A Chance)

Last night I came across a Youtube video about a former assistant Prospect Police Chief who sent racist text messages to a Louisville Metro Police recruit, that said “If he caught black juveniles smoking marijuana, he should shoot them.” Where is the outrage from our black leaders of today? What laws or gains have The Black Lives Matter Movement made since it’s launch in 2010?

My critics ask me what have I done to improve the lives of Black People? I tell them to read my story it’s all documented in my revised book. No man nor woman on Earth will change the vision my creator has given me if my organization does not come to pass in my life time at lease I tried for the past 26 years. At this point all I have is my podcast show Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos, my revised book and my faith. I don’t want just anyone on my management team I want professionals who will help make sure that my Christian business is effective and successful for years to come.

African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality in the United States for 52 years and still black people continue to chant no justice no peace there is no substance just slogans. African American from the lower economic class are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism.

On the other hand, I have been reaching out to established black organizations in my city for over two 2 decades they decline to embrace my plan to eradicate urban violence, end poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, and police brutality within our inner cities starting in Chicago but instead of helping people in the community they keep our people misinformed because they are well funded by the financial elites. Since 2001 over 4,000 people in Chicago alone have been killed due to urban violence and our leaders still don’t have a plan of their own.

The financial elites have divided black people based on social class, religion and political affiliation. Rogue Cops who are exposed to the negative stereotypes of urban black males truly believe that all black males are harden criminals that’s why I does not matter if you are a Black Christian, a Black Muslim, or which social class you belong to one wrong move and you could end up dead.

I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in 991 on a site called Gopher to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, in order for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.

GRCAM is on 300 social networks and has grown into a global movement, with thousands of people in my online groups from around the world. My goal now is to focus on turning GRCAM into a real Christian business GRCAI the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. I long for the day to establish GRCAI in the city of Chicago for the betterment of our urban communities, our inner-city youth and their families. GRCAI will push for human rights through our political component and build cooperative alliances with diverse community organizations beyond the African American community.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, and now through my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition.

I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work. It’s time for my group members and people on my friends list to play your part in this new movement in Black America by purchasing my revised book and sharing my book information this will help speed up the process. Please share my book information with your family, friends, places of worship, and also at your local community center.

It’s my hope that through my story I could attract and recruit 30 professionals within the United States who have read my story and who meet the qualifications that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. I am also looking for legitimate Film Directors, Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents. After they pass the criminal background checks I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors. We will create both a nonprofit organization and a For profit business on the same premises in order to make my organization effective and successful.

GRCAI will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

1. A social service component
2. A Spiritual component (optional for secular people)
3. A Political component
4. An Entertainment component
5. An Entrepreneur component

GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be private in order for us to weed out people who don’t care about inner-city youth, their families, or the black community. GRCAI will become a cooperative, governed by an Advisory Board.

GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices and improved services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information. This level of cooperation builds a strong bond between members in the cooperative. We will work towards keeping our members healthy, informed, and safe.

Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
