Before I launch my actual Black Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute I need to make my urban Christian film first in order to generate capital. Truth be told I would not have to make a film if Black America would have jump on board in 2010. Once I start making Big money believe me everyone will come out of the wood work and want to be apart of this new black movement. Ain’t nothing changing on my end no man nor woman on Earth will change the vision my creator has given me to do while I am on this planet. Since Black America refuse to work with me for the past 28 years I have decided to take my story to the Big screen. My organization will be membership base. If you ain’t member we will only pray for you show you tough love and keep it movin.

Those of you who don’t know me here’s my bio in a nut shell: Emmanuel Barbee will teach others how he beat the odds, coming from an impoverished childhood that led to being illegally taken away from his home and put into the foster care system, to becoming the founder and president of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement, upcoming social entrepreneur, professional blogger, an online talkshow host, a film maker in progress and a new urban author of the book (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition. This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. In my book I provide a 21st Century plan on how my Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will help eradicate urban violence in Chicago while meeting the social needs of the Black Community by strengthening Black Families that want to utilize our programs and services. GRCAI will teach our students about group economics, wealth building, reconnecting with Africa, home ownership, and financial literacy.

I use social media as a way to recruit the Global Black Family, Black Empowerment, Kingdom Building in the 21st Century. I plan on turning all of my social groups both Christian and Secular into a real business the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute mission is to eradicate urban violence starting in Chicago through our programs and services in order to strengthen the Black Family. This organization is based on Emmanuel Barbee experience. His revised book is the foundation of his Black Christian business. None of Emmanuel Barbee members will ever have to endure being overlook for trying to do something positive in the Black Community because all of his members will be heard loud and clear through our films, stage plays and businesses.

30 to 40% of the African-American Community are being affected by COVID-19 yet the Trump Administration and Natalie Frazier have not addressed Inner City Financial issues in it’s proper context. We will not be televised we will be webinized, we will be heard online through our bloggers, videos, e-mails and text messages, Twitters, Facebook and more. We will no longer be shut out we are the New Black Voices of Media and we will be heard.

The Underground Railroad was a network of secret routes and safe houses used by 19th-century black slaves in the United States to escape to free states and Canada with the aid of abolitionists and allies who were sympathetic to their cause. We still have a cause today Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in Chicago.

The New Black Voices of Media is on the rise. Black Republicans and Black Democrats are starting to understand that we have been mislead it’s time for us to create our own independent political party which will focus on black issues and the black agenda at the local level. The Grass Roots community Activist Movement have been ignored for too long. As we blog and speak our mines of change and choice, being skeptical is the wrong energy we want to unite the Black Community and the Global Black Family.

GRCAI aim to identify, groom, train and support young Black leaders, grassroots candidates, and individuals who believe in the importance of fairness and equal opportunity. GRCAI will use our films and stage plays to reinvest in our education infrastructure to secure the American standards of innovation, excellence, and competition, in order to expand Black Entrepreneurs and create jobs in the Black Community for our young people.

Africa is the richest continent on the globe, and yet it is home to the poorest people in the world. The question is why? We think that the answer is the absence of skilled, strategic, servant leadership that can harness the resources we have, mobilize the people towards a vision for transformation and deliver the transformation that our continent urgently needs. If we lose the continent we lose everything. That’s why the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute is coming; to raise skilled strategic, servant leaders who will bring transformation to every African community.

*Soak up Knowledge — Knowledge is power and with our curriculum you’ll feel more empowered than ever before.

*Plug Into The Black Community — Plug into the Black Community means rebuilding Black Wall Street and putting all of my ideas into action at the grassroots level by create a legacy for the next generation.

*Leverage Credit — In GRCAI our students will learn how the power of credit can ensure that you always have capital to fund your ventures.

*Outwork the Work — We will teach our students how to execute what they learned, because goals without action are just dreams.

GRCAI is more than just a new business endeavor it’s a new system counter to capitalism. Everyone is treated equally and with respect. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute aim to unity the Diaspora. GRCAI will function in these areas community co-op, community grocery stores, community healthcare and community housing. GRCAI operates on two fronts a domestic front and on an international front.

On a domestic front:

To create a sense of national urgency about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. We will achieve this through journalism, changing the narrative through our films and stage plays. We strive to educate and enlarge our audience of concern citizens who care about solving black issues in America.

To eradicate urban violence in Chicago through our programs and services.

To tackle poverty, institutionalized racism and police brutality within the Black Community.

To promote economic opportunities in the African American community by becoming an advocate and resource for our members.

To offer a second chance program for ex-offenders of non-violent crimes, former gang members and homeless individuals within the community.

To provide programs and services to strengthen the black family by creating jobs and building a strong economic base.

To heal collectively from this Willie Lynch mentality in America and on the African continent heal from this colonized mentality.

To examine the Amish community, the Asian community and the Jewish community. So that we can practice group economics and form our own code of conduct.

To get our house in order first before we invite none black sympathizers into our space.

On an international front:

(GRCAI of Africa) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Africa plan on hiring African immigrants in America to encourage the Diaspora to set up a chapter in South Africa and eventually expand to 9 other African Nations Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda. I encourage all of my international friends to encourage African governments to allow the Diaspora to have citizenship within 5 years if you are serious about us doing business on the African continent.

GRCAI of Africa will go through the proper channels with the African government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. GRCAI of Africa will offer private employment to our members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for roads, bridges and power plants, clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, offer solar and wind energy to help our members with their electrical generators. Most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism. In time, we will expand to Brazil and specific places in the Caribbean such as Barbados, Bahamas, Haiti and Jamaica.

* I need all of my group members to subscribe to my Youtube channel and share my book information with all of your friends. I don’t have another 28 years to waste. Those of you on my friends list who are not interested in solving black issues please remove yourself off my page you are taking up space.

* The proceeds from my revised book will help market the film. The production cost, marketing, and promote the film in selected movie theatres like AMC across the United States and eventually around the globe.

* The goal of this podcast is to raise awareness about my film project and to get this film in schools, churches, community centers, and prisons.
GRCAM vision is to unite talented Black People in our community to exchange ideas and strategies to help improve the Black Community as a whole.
