The United States OF America Is The New Egypt think about it blacks came to America in 1619 next year will mark 400 years that black people have been in America. What offends me the most as a Black Man is that a four legged dog has more protection under the law than an unarmed black man or black woman. Colin Kaepernick is being black listed all because he took a knee during the national anthem against police brutality. They allow people to promote Breast Cancer Awareness during football half time.
Why do we continue to remain in this racist country? African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality and fairness in the United States for 52 years and still to this day institutionalized racism and police brutality still happening. In such a crucial time as these we can’t afford to go backwards. Over the last three years since Trump been in office, we have come face to face with every question that the system poses for those who want a better world: How do we confront the growing far Right? How do we organize against all forms of racism and oppression? How do we organize to push aside the existing world order so that we can build a society based on human need instead of one propped up by exploitation and oppression? The plagues of America are economic turmoil and an increase Opioid epidemic.
According to the New King James Version Genesis 15:13–14 Then He said to Abram: “Know certainly that your descendants will be strangers in a land that is not theirs, and will serve them, and they will afflict them four hundred years. And also the nation whom they serve I will judge; afterward they shall come out with great possessions. Deuteronomy 28:68 “And the LORD will take you back to Egypt in ships, by the way of which I said to you, ‘You shall never see it again.’ And there you shall be offered for sale to your enemies as male and female slaves, but no one will buy you.”
