#GRCAM Black Unity Challenge 2020

First I would like to give a special shout out to Apostle Bernard Ndirangu, Evangelist Sophony Lamour, Missionary Quinn and to my Admin of “GRCAI of Africa” Evangelist Martha Mumba for participating in my Facebook Live Event. Our discussion on (Black Unity & Support For My Film Project) was AWESOME 👏. This was a very much needed topic, thank you People of God for your wisdom and knowledge. I received a lot of feedback concerning confirmation on this topic.

I wrote and published my story after 15 years of being overlooked, ignored and rejected by established black organizations in Chicago. I decided to write my story (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition for three reasons: One reason was to raise awareness about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. Another reason was to promote my virtual Christian socialist organization (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.

I created (GRCAM) because I was fed up with all of the division among Black People. Pan Africanism was not working for African Americans/Black Americans. I wanted to start a new Black movement that will focus on solving black issues and strengthening the Black Family. I created my first group on November 10th 1991 on a site called Gopher. I wanted to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. I also wanted to connect with other like-minded African Americans, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Canadians, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, African Immigrants, and Native Africans from around the globe. GRCAM will raise the bar in Black America. We will promote Authenticity, Improvements, Hard Work, Accountability, Transparency, Sacrifice and Self Discipline.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will take the lead to put the needs of the Black Community first and further serve the masses. Our priorities to help Black Businesses to thrive and to create jobs in the Black Community. Retain young talent by creating 21st Century opportunities in the Black Community. Provide access to resources and networks through our online platform. Community Safety and Economic Justice.

Finally, I wrote my story in order to generate capital/seed money so that I can recruit and hire thirty Black Middle Class Professionals within the United States to assist me with the daily operation of my Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute. GRCAI would consist of a Nonprofit Cooperative sector and a For Profit Service Base Business. It will consist of five components: a Social Service component, a Spiritual component, Entertainment component, Entrepreneur component and a Political component. In time a Health & Wellness component and a Black Media component.

Our focus is on providing goods and services to the low income African American community and working directly with single black mothers/single black fathers who want to utilize our programs and services. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities. I also plan on having African Immigrants in America to assist us in setting up chapters in 10 African nations. GRCAI will function in the areas of community co-op, community grocery stores, community healthcare and community housing. GRCAI will operate on two fronts a domestic front and on an international front.

On a domestic front within the United States:

To create a sense of national urgency about the genocide which is taken place within our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. We will push for social change through our stories using media and advocacy. We will achieve this through our films, stage plays, journalism to change the narrative. We will strive to educate and enlarge our audience of concern citizens who care about solving black issues in America.

To eradicate urban violence in Chicago through our programs and services.

To tackle poverty, institutionalized racism and police brutality within the Black Community.

To promote economic opportunities in the African American community by becoming an advocate and offering stipend to our members based on our budget and sponsorship.

To offer a second chance program for ex-offenders of non-violent crimes, former gang members and homeless individuals within the community.

To provide programs and services to strengthen the black family by creating jobs and building a strong economic base.

To heal collectively from this Willie Lynch mentality in America and on the African continent heal from this Colonized mentality.

To examine the Amish community, the Asian community and the Jewish community. So that we can practice group economics and form our own community code of conduct.

To get our house in order first before we invite none black sympathizers into our space.

On an international front:

(GRCAI of Africa) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Africa plan on hiring African immigrants in America to encourage the Diaspora to set up a chapter in South Africa and eventually in 9 other African Nations Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda. I am encouraging my international friends to put pressure on African governments to allow the Diaspora to have citizenship within 5 years if they are serious about us doing business on the African continent.

GRCAI of Africa will go through the proper channels with the African government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We are determined to work with our disadvantaged brothers and sisters in the society to improve and enhance the capacity for self-development.

To promote GRCAI of Africa to the African people

To fight against corruption

To nurture young Africans by conducting mentorship programs and various youth activities across Africa

To promote education through establishing learning centers, book donations, publications to needy young people to enable them to achieve their academic goals.

To promote health among the people living in rural and low-income urban areas by organizing for medical camps and health awareness campaigns.

To participate in various economic activities geared towards improving the standards of living among the people in low-income rural and urban centers.

GRCAI of Africa will offer private employment to our members based on our budget and sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for building bridges, roads, power lines, clean running water, agricultural technology, solar and wind energy to help our members with their electrical generators and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism. In time, we will expand to Brazil and specific places in the Caribbean such as Barbados, Bahamas, Haiti and Jamaica.

The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual Christian socialist organization into a real Christian Business is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, my revised book (The Solution For Black America) second edition and now through my upcoming urban Christian film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). This is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group in America.

It’s not my burden alone but rather a shared burden for I am just one black man with a vision and a plan, it takes a team to make a dream work. GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be membership based. Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
