(GRCAM A New Movement In Black America & Throughout The African Diaspora In The Digital Age)
Established black organizations in the city of Chicago has been a thorn in my flesh for 26 years. I have reach out to the major black organizations and spoke with many representatives who have rejected my vision to improve our inner cities in America starting in Chicago yet those same leaders still don’t have a plan to eradicate urban violence, poverty, structural inequality, institutionalized racism and police brutality because they are being funded by the financial elites the same people who created these social conditions in the first place. Black leadership today has fail they are all about themselves for example, African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality in the United States for 52 years and still injustice persist.
I am called by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to rebuild our inner cities in America by offering a 21st century strategy on community building in 10 cities throughout the Midwest and 10 countries on the African continent. My vision is similar to that of Nehemiah who was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. Nehemiah used qualified engineers, architects and inventors to rebuild a new city. Likewise, it’s my hope that through my story (The Solution For Black America) and my future film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago) would attract 30 black middle class professionals and others within the United States who meet the criteria that I am looking for would come forth which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.
I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents after they pass the criminal background checks, then I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors. I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my Nonprofit Cooperative. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business.
I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement back in November 1991 on a site called Gopher because established black organizations in my city refused to work with me. I created this virtual organization in order to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, as well as for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos starting in the city of Chicago.
GRCAM is a Christian socialist organization. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology.
Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35–40. He also commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Luke 4:18–19. We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve. We will promote an authentic form of Christianity which is Christian Socialism. We will emphasize the importance of morals and character development for both Christians and Non-Christians. We will also focus on strengthening the black family and focus on solving black issues by promoting a black economic agenda.
GRCAM is a global network, we will focus on building up our financial institutions and increase our technology. I am encouraging the digital community to step up and work with me in turning my plan into a reality. Today GRCAM is on 300 social networks and has grown into a global movement, with thousands of people in my online social groups from around the world. My goal now is to turn GRCAM into a real Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. GRCAI will operate under 5 separate functions within the African American community.

Our mission
To strengthen single black families while at the same time meet the social needs of the urban communities and families that want to utilize our programs and services if given a chance.
To become an infrastructure for aspirating artist and upcoming black entrepreneurs.
To provide private employment to our clients/members based on our budget and our sponsorship.
To offer a second chance program for ex-offenders of non-violent crimes, former gang members and homeless individuals.
To develop equal partnership with community residents who become members.
To create our own independent political party and push to get our laws on the books which will hold both Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist accountable for their actions on an individual basis.
To equip men and women to serve and lead with integrity, creativity, competence and compassion in a diverse, interconnected and increasingly urbanized the community and the world.
To create economic development in urban communities by starting a new Black Wall Street which will help make our community compete in the global marketplace.
To provide quality programs and services that targets black people and others in accelerating businesses initiatives and strengthen the African American community by creating jobs, which would fuel the economic growth, and building our community. This awareness of entrepreneurship will in kind create self-sufficiency.
To develop partnership with African Immigrants in America to assist us in setting up chapters in 10 countries in Africa.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago will take the lead in promoting the best in black culture and preserving the black family while improving the social conditions in the black community for future generations. GRCAI is about building a strong unified global community and providing basic resources to communities and families that want to utilize our programs and services. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be private in order for us to weed out fake blacks and others who don’t care about inner-city youth, their families, or the black community.
Under the For Profit Service Based Business we will offer state-of-the-art recreational center that will offer bowling, high ropes adventure courses, captivating game rooms featuring the latest video and amusement, stylish billiards, energetic dance rooms and high-quality restaurants, various businesses, onsite childcare and an onsite music recording studio for our students making documentary films and stage plays. In addition we will host family fun activities including combination deals, birthday parties, weddings and corporate parties/events.
Under the Nonprofit Cooperative, GRCAI will be governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information.
We will work towards keeping our members healthy, informed, and safe. Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. GRCAI is open to all ordinary law-abiding citizens, all racial groups, and undiscovered artist.
The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I am on social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow and now through my revised book and my future film Hood Liberator Made In Chicago. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
Once I have my management in place then I will start my Christian organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. I call upon like-minded Millennials, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Caribbean, Non-black sympathizers, all Christians regardless of denominations, moderate Muslims and secular people who are interested in working with me in turning my vision into a reality by purchasing by revised book and spread my book information with your friends, family, place of worship and also at your local community center this will help speed up the process.
I desire to reconnect with my ancestral homeland Africa. I plan on hiring brave and smart African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up 10 chapters in Africa including Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda.
We will go through the proper channels with their government to start our (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our clients and members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, and most of all help improve the African economy as well as educate the people about the problems with Capitalism and show them an alternative GRCAM. In time, we will expand to Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.
GRCAI will serve primarily low-income African American community but also encourage support from professional black middle-class families, Progressive African Americans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilian/Afro-Caribbean Immigrants within the United States and throughout the African Diaspora.
I am just one black man with a plan and a vision it takes a team to make a dream work. I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future.
