(GRCAM — A 21st Century Black Community Building Organization)

I agree with (ADOS) American Descendants of Slaves that reparations from the American Government should be paid to African Americans/Black Americans for the mistreatment we face in the United States. The best example is the Eric Garner Verdict. Our people endured unjust treatment from slavery, Jim Crow, Convict Leasing, Red Lining, Mass Incarceration, Institutionalized Racism, Structural Inequality, Underfunded Public Schools and Police Brutality.

Truth be told the financial elites are not going to give African Americans/Black Americans any reparations because for 400 years we still don’t have equal protection under the law. Black Americans have been marching and protesting in the United States for 52 years and yet institutionalized racism, social inequality and police brutality continues. I offer something that no black leader has in America a solution to solve all of our social problems within the United States if given a chance.

I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement, a virtual Christian socialist organization back in November 1991 on a site called Gopher because I was dissatisfied with all of the division taking place among Black People. I wanted to start a new movement in Black America and throughout the African Diaspora in order to connect with like minded Progressive African Americans, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Canadians, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, African Immigrants and Native Africans throughout the African Diaspora. We welcome all Christian denominations, Moderate Muslims, Secular People and Non-black sympathizers. This is an authentic black organization first and foremost our objective is to solve black issues once and for all starting in America. All of my social groups both Christians and Secular represents the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.

After 15 years of being rejected, humiliated and ignored by established black organizations in the city of Chicago I decided to write and publish my story (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition in hopes of attracting 30 Black Middle Class Professionals within the United States to join my management team in order to make this business effective and successful for years to come.

I want Black Middle-Class Professionals who have the following credentials: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.

I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents.

I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my Nonprofit Cooperative. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business. Yet to add insult to injury still to this day I don’t have anyone on my management team. Only one person in America is working with me Sister Rena this is why it’s taking me so long to turn this organization into a real business. Many blacks I come across have a Willie Lynch mentality. Once Sister Rena and I start making money everyone will come out of the woodwork mark my words.

The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual Christian socialist organization into a real Black Business is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow (Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos Podcast, my revised book (The Solution For Black America) second edition and now through my upcoming urban Christian film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). This is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group in America.

Before we expand to 10 African Nations, I will start my Christian Black Business in Chicago to earn credibility. I need my international friends who live in Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda to step up and encourage your governments to allow us to have citizenship within 2 years if they are serious about us doing business on the African continent. Also encourage your family and friends who reside in Canada, Europe and in the United States to purchase my revised book and read my story. Those who agree with my plan/vision make yourself known to me I provide all of my contact information within the book. This will help put me in a better position financially to hire and recruit brave and smart African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up chapters in Africa.

It’s not my burden alone but rather a shared burden for I am just one black man with a vision and a plan, it takes a team to make a dream work. GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities and African nations as well as the Afro Caribbean. I believe this act of human collaboration across an open platform is essential to the low income African American community and our collective future as a whole.

I don’t ask for donations instead I encourage people on my friends list and people in my social groups to please support me by purchasing my revised book and read my story (The Solution For Black America) second edition. My book is the foundation of my future Black Christian Business the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute.

GRCAI will be membership based and everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora. This is more than just a new business endeavor it’s a new system.
