Emmanuel Barbee and the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement has been on Facebook for 19 years trying to recruit brave, smart and like minded Black Americans, Africans, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians/Afro-Latinos and Afro-Caribbean in both his Christian groups (Light OF The World Inspirational Group and Christian Spoken Word Network) as well as in his Secular groups (GRCAI of Chicago, GRCAI of Africa, New Black Voices of Media etc…).

November 10th will mark GRCAM 32 Anniversary. Emmanuel Barbee and GRCAM is calling upon everyone on his Facebook friends list (1,800) and people in his social groups to stand up and work with us in getting our story on the big screen. They are putting together their first film project in order to reach the black masses worldwide.

Who is Emmanuel Barbee? Emmanuel Barbee is the founder and President of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. He is a professional blogger, an online talkshow host of Help Stop The Genocide of American Ghettos Podcast, an upcoming Social Entrepreneur and a New Urban Author of the book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition available on Amazon.

He is going to be the director of “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins,” which will be a groundbreaking docu-drama based on his revised book and life experience. Our team includes a passionate group of individuals dedicated to bringing this vital narrative to life.

What is “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins,”?

“Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins,” is not just a docu-drama; it’s our story as GRCAM members we are not asking for permission we are taken the lead in solving Black Issues within the United States of America first for credibility before we expand our Christian business to 10 African nations. We see that what Emmanuel has been talking about is starting to come to pass. For example the Migrant Crisis in Black Chicago because of off code behavior for decades this is the results.

Where did this project come from?

The inspiration for “Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins” emerged from our upcoming 32 Anniversary of GRCAM is a milestone worth celebrating and commemorating with a deep dive into its origins. After 15 years of being rejected and overlooked by established Black Organizations including the Black Church I decided to write and published my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” second edition yet my book was barely selling so then I created a virtual store in hopes of generating enough capital to start my Christian business (GRCAI of Chicago) which means the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. Our objective is to strengthen the Black family while improving the low income African American community starting in Chicago. Our mission to help eradicate urban violence in Chicago through Arts, Culture, Commerce, Spiritual Development and hosting African tours. We will visit and setup local chapters in 10 African nations they are as follows: South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Uganda, Angola, Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria. In time we will expand to the Caribbean places like the Bahamas, Barbados, Haiti, Jamaica and Trinidad as well as Brazil.

GRCAI of Chicago will be committed to assisting with improving the African American community while having a strong connection to our chapters in Africa. We will train our black youth in such areas as Parenting, Information Technology, Blockchain Technology, Coding, Electricians, Petroleum Engineers, Landscaping, Creating Black Empowerment Films, Oil Painting and Journalism. We also plan on offering Associate Degree and Vocational Training. GRCAI of Chicago will help prioritize our goals such as securing our neighborhood and protecting our women and children. We will offer stipends for black youth who will act in our films, music videos and stage plays pending on our budget and sponsorship. We will also offer a Second Chance program to reach out to Former Gang Members, Ex-Offenders of non-violent crimes and Homeless Individuals within the community. GRCAI of Chicago will be a multi-purpose facility, functioning as a Nonprofit as well as a For Profit business. GRCAI of Chicago will operate under 8 separate functions under one roof.

1. Social Service component
2. Spiritual component (optional for secular people)
3. Political component
4. Entertainment component
5. Entrepreneur component
6. Health and Wellness component
7. Black Media component (New Black Voices of Media)
8. Science and Technology component

We will practice group economics in real time by pooling our resources together in order to create and control our own Community Healthcare Center, Community Grocery Store and Community Housing this will be group economics in action. GRCAI of Chicago will help benefit Africa because we will form an alliance with African Immigrants in the United States of America starting in Chicago. In each African nation we will visit we will match Black Entrepreneurs with African Entrepreneurs, Black Artist with African Artist so that we can do international trade among our people. We also plan on setting up local chapters in each African nation we visit. Our objective is to unite middle class, working class and underclass Africans with the Diaspora and viceversa. Yet items from my virtual store is barely selling. I saw an opportunity to reach out to the Global African Family to let them know what I am trying to do for my people who are trapped in American Ghettos to encourage African Immigrants within the United States of America to work with me in building GRCAI of Chicago so that we can expand it to Africa.

We have made significant progress by upgrading our platform we’re now using Stream Yard technology to help us broadcast our vision and plan to the Black World. We need your support to take this project to the next level. I offer something that no Black leader in America has and that’s a solution to solve all of our social issues in America and throughout the Diaspora if given a chance. The only way Black America will truly be free is for us to build the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago with the help of Black Americans African Immigrants and other Black Immigrants. Then we will expand to South Africa and work with the South African Government to help solve load shedding, provide programs and services to create local jobs for African youth in exchange for citizenship. We will teach Black youth and African youth about Black Economic Empowerment, Geo-politics, Blockchain Technology and more. GRCAI of Africa would take the lead in rewriting the borders and build the new Africa.

Our focus on this platform is to inform like minded Black People, African Immigrants, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Latinos and Afro-Caribbean and to encourage our listeners and group members to work with us so that we can build our own global network, promote community advocacy and cultivate connections that will last for years to come. We’re going to have to unify and work together to build the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute starting in Chicago then we can create our own economy. As long as we’re working for the Man then you are at risk and dependent on them for employment. Our people historically understood this. Think about it we had more black businesses during Jim Crow than we do today. We have to use the Asian model there focus is on there economy. We have to start practicing group economics.

I don’t operate like the next Black Man I have my own style and way of doing things. Since Black America/Black Chicago has overlooked and rejected my vision and plan for the pass 31 years my Christian business will be membership based. I am only responsible for my members those who are not part of us we will pray for them show them tough love and keep it movin. We will hold mandatory orientation for new members and local residents. Everyone must pass our criminal background check, sign the community pledge and submit their thumb print to be placed in our database. We will separate ourselves from Con Artist, Degenerates, Off Code Negroes, Pedophiles and Urban Terrorist.
