(Encouraging GRCAM Members & People On My Friends List To Help Me Get My Story On The Big Screen)
My name is Emmanuel Barbee I am the founder and president of GRCAM. Yeshua has given me specific instructions to go beyond the four walls of the church and make an impact in the Black Community and in the economy or the market place. First meet the need of the Black Community by reaching out to the un-reachable, the un-loveable, the broken-hearted, the homeless, the sick and broken in spirit through our programs/services and show them an authentic form of Christianity for me that is Christian socialism. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. We will focus on what we stand for: love, compassion, social justice, and liberation theology.
Jesus told us to focus on the lease of these in society according to Matthew 25:35–40. He also commanded us to be a witness to others not just for us to read his word, but to activate social change in the world according to Matthew 28: 16–20. We will be committed to the healing ministry of Jesus by showing compassion to inner city youth and their families which will promote dignity to the people and community we will serve. We will emphasize the importance of morals and character development for both Christians and Secular People. We will also focus on strengthening the black family and focus on solving black issues in America by promoting a black economic agenda.
My revised book is the foundation of my future Christian business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute. The biggest hold up as it pertains to my urban Christian film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins) is getting funded and made. On one hand I am having an issue with a representative from the Illinois secretary of state office a sister I’m not going to say her name but she keeps misplacing most of my paper work and I keep coming in person to present my documentation. On the other hand the representative from the IRS who is over my 501(c)(3) application keeps misspelling my name and this has been going on since last April. Secondly, I am unable to convince everyone on my friends list & everyone in my social groups to purchase my revised book 28 years is long enough I am ready to take my story to the Big Screen.
My message to my Group Members & people on my friends list. It’s time for you all to stand up, it’s been 28 years that I have been online trying to Recruit, Inform, and Promote my vision about improving our inner cities in America starting in Chicago and my vision for Africa. I refuse to be ignored my vision is about improving Black America and improving Africa if given a chance.
The only thing which is preventing me from turning my virtual Christian socialist organization into a real Black Christian Business is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I turned to social media to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow, my revised book and now through my upcoming urban Christian film. This is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group in America.
The Black Panther film was well written and for the most part a feel good movie. Many blacks went out of there way to purchase African Dashikis and saying Wakanda forever! The Black Panther film made 1 Billion dollars worldwide. The problem is it did not benefit Africa nor the Black Community all of that money went into the pockets of Walt Disney Studios. Global Black Family let’s have the same excitement about this film project. The proceeds from my film project will put me in a better position financially to purchase property in America and in Africa, to get equipment and hire qualified Black Middle Class Professionals to assist me in making this business effective and successful and this is how we can rebuild Black Wall Street starting in Chicago.
I am looking for the following: Season film crew such as Sound Technicians, Computer Graphic Designers, Assistant Director, Director of Photography, Camera Assistants, Hair & Makeup Artist, Production Assistants, Actors/Actresses, Comedians, Dancers, Models, Musicians, Poets, Gospel Singers, Screen Writers and Secular artist. If you are serious about being part of my film project then send me your email address to my Facebook inbox to be on standby. I am determine to use this technology to help launch my urban Christian film & my Black Christian Business.
I created(GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement because I was fed up with all of the division among Black People. Pan Africanism was not working for African Americans/Black Americans. I wanted to start a new movement so I decided to created my first group on November 10th 1991 on a site called Gopher. I wanted to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America starting in Chicago. Our focus is on taking the lead to solve black issues once and for all in America if given a chance. I also wanted to connect with other like-minded African Americans, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Canadians, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, African Immigrants and Native Africans from around the globe. We welcome all Christian denominations, Secular People, Moderate Muslims and in time Non-black sympathizers.
Both my Christian groups and my Secular groups represents my virtual Christian socialist organization(GRCAM). Our focus is about Empowering The Black Community and strengthening The Black Family using biblical principles while learning how to apply them to our everyday life. We welcome Secular people from my friends list you may not agree about the revelation and that’s OK just focus on what applies for you.
It is my duty to monitor all content that is posted in this group. If it’s something you don’t agree with there is no need to cause a division because what is written goes against what you believe and think. Romans 14:5 says that whatever your conviction is let that be yours and don’t make it a sin for someone else. Please search the scriptures for yourself to find TRUTH. At the end of the day it is up to you (FREE WILL) to decide what you will or will not believe this keeps the body of Christ from endless debating.
After 15 years of being rejected, humiliated and ignored by established black organizations in Chicago I decided to document my experience and publish my story (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition in hopes of attracting 30 Black Middle Class Professionals within the United States to join my management team in order to make my Black Christian Business effective and successful for years to come. Nehemiah was called by God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem. He did not build that wall by himself he had a professional team people like Architects, Brick layers and Engineers.
Like wise, I want Black Middle-Class Professionals who have the following credentials: Investors, Business Partners, Black Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist. I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents.
I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my Nonprofit Cooperative. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business. Yet to add insult to injury still to this day I don’t have anyone on my management team.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute (GRCAI) will become a world class institution which will empower Black Entrepreneurs and provide an infrastructure for local Chicago Artist using the principles from my revised book to transform our inner cities into a productive prosperous community for the glory of God. We will offer such services as youth mentoring, education, film making and more. Give our members the support they need to thrive as Black Business owners. Our goal is to re-create Black Wall Street starting in Chicago.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will take the lead in the marketplace by creating community co-op, worker-owned cooperative, community grocery stores and eventually community housing for our members.
Under the Nonprofit Cooperative: (The Green Zone) GRCAI will be governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing reliable information.
Under the For Profit Service Based Business: (The Red Zone) we will offer state-of-the-art recreational center that will offer bowling, high ropes adventure courses, captivating game rooms featuring the latest video and amusement, stylish billiards, energetic dance rooms and high-quality restaurants, various businesses, onsite childcare and an onsite music recording studio for our students making documentary films and stage plays. In addition, we will host family fun activities including combination deals, birthday parties, weddings and corporate parties/events.
It will have five components: a Social Service component, a Spiritual component which will be optional for secular people, a Entertainment component, an Entrepreneur component and a Political component. Our focus is on providing quality programs and services to the low income African American community and work with Black families that want to utilize our programs and services. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 10 other cities throughout the Midwest. I also plan on hiring African Immigrants in America to assist me in setting up chapters in 10 African nations. They are as follows: Liberia, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Angola, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania and Uganda. I encourage my African friends to encourage your government to allow us to have citizenship within 3 years if you are serious about us doing business on the continent. We as black people must move away from being tribal.
I encourage my African friends to share my book information, my blogs and videos with your family and friends who reside in Canada, Europe and in the United States. We will go through the proper channels with their government to start the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Africa as an (NGO) Non-government organization. We will offer private employment to our members based on our budget and our sponsorship. We will provide infrastructure for clean running water, agricultural technology to feed the people, offer solar energy to help our members with their electrical generators and most of all help improve the African economy. In time, we will expand to Brazil and specific places in the Caribbean such as Barbados, Bahamas, Haiti and Jamaica.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Africa will assist the diaspora in the ability to shop, visit, invest or relocate back to Africa. All of our products and services will be provided by skilled professional Africans from around the continent. It’s important for the Diaspora to make the connection physically and economically. GRCAI of Africa, will be there to help arrange your travel, welcome you upon arrival and assist with tours, translators and more. GRCAI is more than just a new business endeavor it’s a greater pursuit and a new system that must be taught to those who want to be apart of it.
It’s not my burden alone but rather a shared burden for I am just one black man with a vision and a plan, it takes a team to make a dream work. GRCAM is a global community of thinkers and builders I need your help to move GRCAM from behind a computer into our urban communities that need our talent and skills. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be membership based. Everyone will be screen, must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.
What does GRCAM do?
I assist people on my friends list and people in my social groups who participate on my online talkshow with creating their own podcast and Youtube channel and how they can earn revenue from it. In addition, I assist people with creating a basic website, finding college scholarships/grants; housing; legal services all for free.
