(Celebrating GRCAM 28th Anniversary)
I am personally inviting everyone on my friends list and everyone in my social groups to celebrate (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement 28th Anniversary on Sunday November 10th 2019 on Facebook Live from 8:00PM to12:00AM Central Time. It’s convenient because you can participate, listen, or watch in the privacy of your home. We are excited about our upcoming film (Hood Liberator Made In Chicago: The War Against Willie Lynch Begins). This is my last attempt to try to do something positive for my racial group in America.
We are just waiting on the IRS to approve my nonprofit cooperative as a legitimate 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. Once I receive a letter of approval then I can open up a business account at my bank and begin soliciting Angel Investors and Sponsors to invest $400,000 for my film project. The funds will go towards me hiring professional film crew and quality actors. The proceeds from my film and book sell will go towards me hiring Middle Class Black Professionals who will assist me with my Black Christian Business (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago. It’s my hope that we can expand GRCAI to 10 cities throughout the Mid-West. I also plan on hiring African Immigrants in America to assist me in expanding my business to 10 African nations and in time make our presence known in Brazil and throughout the Caribbean.
I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement in November 1991 on a site called Gopher because I was dissatisfied with all of the division taking place among Black People. I wanted to start a new movement in Black America in order to connect with other likeminded African Americans, Afro-Brazilians, Afro-Canadians, Afro-Caribbeans, Afro-Europeans, African Immigrants and Native Africans from around the globe. I wanted to use my online platform as a voice for residents who reside in violent neighborhoods and have a real conversation about solutions. Our objective is to solve black issues once and for all in America and throughout the African Diaspora. Both my Christian groups and my Secular groups represent the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement seeks to create and sustain a sense of national urgency about the senseless violence taken place within American ghettos. We will achieve this through journalism, community advocacy and with other news outlets and public forums. In all of our work we strive to educate and enlarge our audience of people who care about our innercity youth and their families.
The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute main objective is to promote economic opportunities in the African American community by becoming an advocate and resource for our members. GRCAI will create an infrastructure for local artist and Black Entrepreneurs. GRCAI will rebuild Black Wall Street in order to make our community better, healthier and safer. GRCAI will provide local food connections that are accessible. GRCAI will offer a cooperative grocery store for our members. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be membership based. Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora. This is more than just a new business endeavor it’s a new system.
