(Black America Alert: State OF An Emergency)

With all of this drama in the news about unarmed black men and black women being killed unjustly it is unfortunate that this Willie Lynch mentality still continue to run rampant within the black culture. Our ancestors from Africa were kings and queens in their own land before being sold to Europeans. They were packaged like sardines and taken to America as their family structure was destroyed. Many black women were raped, which produced light skinned blacks, slave owners pitted light skinned blacks against dark skinned blacks. The man of the house was beaten to death in front of his wife and children.
Black men were also tied in between two horses from different directions in order to tear his body apart in front of his family. This method was used to assure that the black woman would do as they are told and that she teach her children to do the same. This created a spiritual stronghold for black people to always hold one another down.

America was supposed to be founded on religious liberty and equality. Yet the contradiction lies in it’s constitution that all men are created equal the founding fathers became greater oppressors. The Bible teaches us that the more Pharaoh attempted to hold the Israelites down, the more they prospered (Exod 1:12) the more they afflicted them with burdens, the more they multiplied. Through all the struggles of slavery and the Civil Rights Movement, God has kept his hand on Black People in America. Once I am able to start my Christian organization (GRCAI) the Grass Roots Community Activist Institute of Chicago I will declare war on this Willie Lynch mentality through my business among our members in Jesus name. Next year will mark the end of Willie Lynch 400 year rule do the math 1619 to 2019.

Black people in America are divided based on social class, religion and political affiliation (Democratic Party/Republican Party). As I mentioned in my revised book “The Solution For Black America” in chapter seven this tit for tat Democrat/Republican party was established during slavery times and does not represent a true democracy because the financial elites created both political parties and the electoral college as an illusion to make Americans believe they have a choice in selecting their political leaders. According to the Greek philosopher “A democracy exists whenever those, who are free and poor are in sovereign control of the government, an oligarchy is when control lies in the hands of the rich and born.”

Black leadership today has failed the African American community they are all about themselves and they are being funded by the same group of people who have created these social conditions the financial elites. For example, African Americans have been protesting and marching for equality and fairness in the United States for 52 years and still to this day current black leaders don’t have a plan to end urban violence, structural inequality, institutionalized racism, police brutality still persist. African Americans from the lower economic class who are suffering great harm from senseless violence, high unemployment, mass incarceration, police brutality, drug abuse, high illiteracy, inadequate healthcare and failing schools as a result of institutionalized racism how do it know because I experience it when I lived there.

I have a plan to help eradicate urban violence in the city of Chicago and beyond I can prove it if given a chance. After 15 years of being rejected and ignored by established black organizations in the city of Chicago I decided to write and publish my story (The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America) second edition. In hopes of attracting 30 black middle class professionals and others within the United States who meet the criteria that I am looking for which are as follows: Investors, Business Partners, Christian Entrepreneurs, Social Entrepreneurs and Philanthropist.

I am also looking for legitimate Film Producers, Actors, Stage Managers, Grant Writers/Fundraisers, Technical Directors, Marketers, Accountants, Business Administrators, Social Workers, Financial Planners, Lawyers, Real Estate Brokers and Insurance Agents after they pass the criminal background checks, then I will discuss compensation and incentives with them behind closed doors. I have my articles of incorporation and my bylaws typed and available for my Nonprofit Cooperative. I also have my articles of organization typed and available for my For Profit Service Based Business.

My book is the foundation of my future Christian organization. I created (GRCAM) the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement back in November 1991 on a site called Gopher because established black organizations in the city of Chicago refused to work with me. I created this virtual Christian socialist organization in order to help raise awareness about the genocide which is taking place within our inner cities in America, as well as for me to connect with other like-minded individuals who share my concern to form a legitimate coalition across the United States and around the globe for my cause Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos. For me Christian socialism is an authentic form of Christianity.

Under the For Profit Service Based Business, we will offer state-of-the-art recreational center that will offer bowling, high ropes adventure courses, captivating game rooms featuring the latest video and amusement, stylish billiards, energetic dance rooms and high-quality restaurants, various businesses, onsite childcare and an onsite music recording studio for our students making documentary films and stage plays. In addition we will host family fun activities including combination deals, birthday parties, weddings and corporate parties/events.

Under the Nonprofit Cooperative, GRCAI will be governed by an Advisory Board. GRCAI will be membership based and operated for the mutual benefit of our members. Also, any earnings we make are returned to our members in the forms of lower prices through our quality programs and services. Our members come first and we will be committed to providing trusted and understandable information.

The only thing which is preventing me from starting my Christian organization is the lack of manpower and the capital this is why I wrote my book the proceeds will go towards me hiring qualified people who will assist me with the daily operation of my business. I am on social media to recruit brave and smart like minded people to join my management team and to encourage people on my friends list and people in my social groups to help me spread my book information with your family, friends, place of worship and also at your local community center.

Everyone will be screen and must attend our mandatory orientation and sign the community pledge in order to become members no exceptions. No harden criminals, No active gang members, No urban terrorist, No pedofiles, and no half steppers allowed in my organization this is how I get down. It’s not my burden alone but rather a shared burden for I am just one black man with a vision and a plan, it takes a team to make a dream work. I am doing my best to get my message out to the public through my Youtube videos, my Social Groups, my Blog Postings, my online talkshow and now through my revised book and my future film Hood Liberator Made In Chicago. This is my contribution back to my community, society and throughout the African Diaspora.

Proverbs 29:18 Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he.
